Loch Down Folk Club: every Sunday at the usual time, 8pm UK time.
Currently taking a theme from whatever day is being celebrated according to Google (eg International Friendship Day). There are normally several days being celebrated but you welcome to sing anything at all. Sometimes themes evolve spontaneously, but are ALWAYS OPTIONAL.
Gaelic session: My next appearance on Zoom will be for Siansadh session, hosted by Linn Phipps (Siansadh is a word used for traditional singing) on Saturday 10th Octover at 6:30pm UK time. I will be be the guest tutor for the session. The idea is to teach an easy-to-learn Gaelic song. I will be teaching Griogal Chridhe (Beloved Gregor) - a well-known lament. You will find lots of information and versions on YouTube if you wish to look.
